@kyndal_ricks: Chicken taquitos! My 3 and 5 year old had chicken nuggets and raspberries. I almost didnt post this because my kids were arguing over the gaming system and the fan to it was on, but that is real life and I try to keep it just that! Recipe: Use whatever desired chicken. Rotisserie is great, I cooked 4 chicken breasts in a crockpot with a little chicken broth for moisture, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper on high for 4 hours. Shred your chicken and place in mixing bowl. Add 8oz cream cheese 2 cups colby jack cheese 15oz green enchilada sauce Juice of 1 fresh lime 1 bunch of cilantro chopped 1 bunch of green onions chopped 1tsp cumin 1tsp chili powder 1tsp garlic powder Mix until combined. Preheat oven to 375 Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll up. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray taquitos with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
