RRT here! We definitely are desensitized in healthcare. Also, trauma bonded with our coworkers in a way that normal people wouldn’t understand

Yes I. Am desensitized to a limit. I can handle adult postmortem but couldn’t handle being in pediatrics w/ sick children or putting in IV’s even.
