@apexdogtraining: Four things I would aim for when taking out multiple dogs: 1. Dogs know their names when together and respond to commands individually ✅ 2. Dogs can reliably be put in a stay ✅ 3. Off leash reliability ✅ 4. One dog is able to move around while the other dog is stationary ✅ I’ll be honest these are pretty high standards however, if couldn’t do these things I would only take my dogs out together 30% of the time. If you always take out your dogs together, you’ll neglect the relationship you have with each individual dog. Which will make outings much more difficult.
