I’ll always prefer gas, I’ve tried others and you couldn’t convince me, my main reason is ‘reduce the heat’ doesn’t work the same on others 😅

Induction is fast but so annoying. You have to take a magnet with you when shopping for pans because most won’t work and the pan has to be FLAT.

I use induction, if I want flames I use the smoker. As for basting a steak, stainless holds enough heat to baste comfortably when lifting off the induction

If you live in a place thats has real winter the comfort of gas is so great. We've had our lights go out 2x a year & it always nice to still cook

the gas ring is too large for the small pot. there'd be a lot of waste. imo. chilly cheese fries? (dirty fries)
