@bitsycakes_: Papa’s 80th ✨ Surprise Party✨ It’s not everyday that our black men make it to 80 years old, especially in my family. We’ve had so many losses, it feels necessary to celebrate LIFE while we still can! 🙌🏾 My grandmother said she wanted to throw him a party late October… how we found a venue and made it all happen by December 16th is beyond me. Wasn’t nothing but the work of the Lordt! We really had a good time and my Papa will probably tell stories about his party to anyone who will listen to them. He is still thanking us for it weeks later 😂 Now, who knew my son was a party animal like this?? Not only dancing all night but setting up his ipad to record himself (and whoever was around) was SOO hilarious. 10/10 would recommend loving on and surprising your grandparents 🥰 (within reason… let’s not initiate any cardiac arrests mmkay) #bitsycakes #surprisesurprise #80thbirthday
