I read a tip after I stopped pumping 🤦♀️. wipe any spills up with a dry flannel, put it in the freezer in a bag and use for milk baths

if you want to up your milk you can cluster pump. so pump your normal time and then again 10 minutes later for 5 minutes then again for about an hour

I use the same pump and I gradually increase the level as I pump. I get about 3-5 oz each side, and my baby eats 5 every 2 hours
