they raised my insurance premium in 2017. I had a total loss claim in 2016. I wasn't at fault. immediately changed insurance. always shop rates!

For sure USAA is not as good as it used to be. We even changed our banking to NavyFed

This is true! I pay so much more than any other quote with no accidents or claims or tickets. Only have them because of homeowners insurance.

when I was active duty enlisted I couldn't even afford USAA. They were never as competitive when it came to their pricing.

Mine also went up for two cars- 48% from $700 per year to $2000, for retirees and maybe 3000 miles per year!

I left USAA about 15 years ago cause once I separated the customer service was bad. I'm Prior enlisted.

USAA still hasn’t changed my renters policy from California to Nevada and I haven’t live in California for YEARS. I have requested it be changed, but still nothing and still expensive as hell.

They started out insuring officers only didn’t they? Then they added enlisted. I’m still with them but I bank with Navy Federal mostly.

When my USAA insurance was more than my vehicle payment I left…. No tickets or accidents at all and now I still pay $200 less with 3 vehilces.

USAA in NJ uses liberty mutual for auto. I have not ever had a quote under $6k annually. $2k everywhere else.

I had USAA for six years my insurance was 135 then before I knew it my insurance became 320 outa nowhere I called they told me it’s because I lived in New York like huh
