I always find myself getting to the point in a job where I’ve learned enough that it isn’t challenging anymore and so it starts to feel like the same thing over and over. Not sure what the solution is

Set goals and a time limit to this job. Figure out what you want to do after, work to that vision. It will make this job more palatable.
