Did you get an inspection, or did you waive it? Unless it's a new leak, that should have been fixed before closing.

if the particle isn't just soaked, solve the leak & fix the drywall. it's not that bad. I'm a poor person & we had a room give out. we make due.

Hubby and I just moved into our new build it was built Dec 2022 currently have an appt due to faulty faucet that ruined the cabinet under the sink it’s been leaking the whole time a drop at a time
