Now, it would be silly if I started using my iPhone as a coaster. That’s absurd, right? Although it works as a coaster, it’s a good size; it keeps the drink from wetting the table; it works. It’s foolish to use it as a coaster because it has so much more potential. It isn’t doing what it was created for – calling, texting, and using the internet to have things at your fingertips. In the same way, GOD created you and is telling you your purpose is to know Him, to glorify Him, and to make Him known. When we are not doing this, we are living as if we are an iPhone used as a coaster. We’re missing out.
