My parents are Russian and they DO NOT believe in therapy although they have ALOT of PTSD and trauma.

I would say you’re pretty spot on for OCD, but I would also look into psychosis. (Psych student here) my grandma started how it seems your mom did, super clean with OCD tendencies to ocd psychosis

I can definitely see ocd and bpd but even professionals will misdiagnosed bpd as npd and bipolar I’m not saying she doesn’t have it but I think it’s -

unless your parents dont go to the therapist themselves, you or the therapist cannot come up with a definite diagnosis

With out these therapists seeing your mom they can't make a diagnosis. it's unethical to do so. they can say oh well maybe your mom has ocd but I can't say for sure with out seeing her.

I think in latin america is pretty much the same. My mom and dad had issues for like ever but only divorced after 20 years because of how badly viewed it is over here.
