My mother use to make use drink a raw egg whipped with a little condensed milk for sweetness as kids she said you’ll thank me later I’m 44 I look 30 I get compliments everyday and I know it’s because the raw eggs my skin, hair and nails grow like crazy! The eggs we use are from a farm fresh and not store bought so do your research as well. You’re welcome ☺️
