I’m a recruiter - ATS’s do NOT reject resumes, they’re a tool & we screen everything. Also, no summary needed and special skills section is really only for specific software skills (Python, SQL, etc)

The ATS doesn’t reject resumes. Some may rank your resume based on its content vs the job, but resumes are rejected by human recruiters or HR folks
