Make dumplings! So easy and texture is perfect! 7 eggs, salt and flour mix it and keep adding flour until you see gloss leaving the mixture! Than drop in soup about half tablespoon size. Soooo good!!

if you use the biscuits you have to cook it for white awhile to cook them to where they firm up like dumplins. I didn't care for it until I did that

Homemade dumplings are so different in texture. It's basically just flour, crisco, and some salt, and you can make them any size. I'm not a big dumpling girl, I like them about the size of gnocchi.
