Maybe introduce a wax test to you client. Sometime and many time it’s also the technician doesn’t know how to use the wax and pulls a certain way . That irritates the the skin . Best wax is sugar wax

mine look like this TIMES 10 right now. it’s not really red but i have giant bumps. looks like im covered in mosquito bites. i waxed 30 minutes ago. it doesnt really hurt but its just UGLY
