@jeawok_media: Former GOP Speaker Paul Ryan disavows the state of the Republican Party. He describes the Republican party of now as: "it's populism, untethered to principle, wrapped around the cult of personality of Donald Trump." Ryan was previously critical of Trump in the leadup to the 2016 GOP primaries, but later rallied alongside other members of his party to endorse him during the election. Since leaving office, Ryan has since become vocally critical of his party and former colleagues, although many are not letting him forget his past endorsements, and for valid reason; why should we trust the word of someone who has publicly backslid on his stances when it suited him best?
