@sarahkraffty: RECIPE: 2 sticks butter softened, 2/3 c sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 2 and 1/4 cups flour. Mix. Place cloth down and sprinkle flour all over. Roll onto cloth- make sure they are around 1/4 inch thick. Use heart cookie cutter and placed on lined pan. Refrigerate 30 mins. Bake 335 for 10-12 mins. Let cool. Spead jam in decer of cookies and make a sandwich. I used strawberry and raspberry jam. For the icing on top: two tbsp butter softened and 3 tbsp strawberry puree. Mix. Add 1 c powdered sugar and 3 tbsp milk. Add another cup powdered sugar and more milk if needed to get a loose icing mixture.
