The pit falls and the awesomeness of it. the deals you get. a client of mine that I was consulting, went to the auction Tuesday. I'll auction's 4 foreclosure are the first Tuesday of the month. Sharon texas period they won the property and were so very excited until... The next day when they received a voicemails, saying that the borrower had reinstated the loan minutes before the sale occurred and the auctioneer was not informed. So they don't get the property after all. Luckily they get their money back. They do not get their time back and they do not get to bid on a different property 'cause.
