@mariasteixeira_: I had my breast implants removed and I couldn’t workout after surgery. I made a program prior to surgery for me to follow and be able to progress in because I had to start slow and easy. Once I got the go ahead to start working out, I went right into it! This program is now my Shape Up Challenge that we started this week! I implemented a hybrid style of training that I love and enjoy very much: Strength x Pilates! ✨ My core and upper body are tight, defined, and stronger! My glutes are perky and strong! My main issue was my upper body because I lost a lot of strength in my core. I lost the definition I had and the bloating made things worse. My upper body also lost strength but in 6 weeks I have gained my strength back and I’m working on continuing from here on! My glutes have maintained their muscle mass which means that I’m doing something right 😆 🍐 Nutrition: I ate nutritious foods that are whole and natural. I ate a lot of soups because they digest best. I drank a lot of water and added a digestive enzyme supplement with my meals. 🧠 Mind: I had to remind myself that this will pass, that my body will heal, and when it heals it will be an even better version 🫶🏻 👉🏻 My Shape Up Challenge is available with a free week through the link in my bio #implantremoval #explant #explantjourney #breastimplantremoval #fitnesschallenge2024 #shapeupchallenge #2024transformation #coreworkoutsathome #workoutathomechallenge #gluteworkoutsathome #strengthxpilates #strengthxpilateschallenge
