@healthyfitnessmeals: My kids don’t like feta pasta too much so I made this creamy vegetarian version with Boursin cheese. They loved it. . spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms. Garlic, olive oil, dried basil, dried oregano, salt and pepper, pasta of your choice (reserve some pasta water to add with the sauce- not shown)- you can also add chili peppers or cayenne pepper.
