what about for skin? I'm 13 and I don't wear makeup the most I wear is eyeliner occasionally and my skin looks shiny almost like it's sweaty or oily but I wash it with face wash and it's still shiny

yes but also water breaks down oil so you need to make sure you have a layer of primer and setting spray in between so that it doesn’t break your makeup down or have it separate.

You should do a full face of makeup but each product has to be a different product, for foundation you do concealer, for concealer you do bronzer, so on 💕
