@kirstyfletcher_: PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CAKE🍫🍰serves 2* per serving 302 calories & 36g protein The ultimate dessert for those with a sweet tooth😍 Give it a try👇🏼 INGREDIENTS: - 60g @myprotein rolled oats - 2x scoops @myprotein chocolate protein powder - 1x medium egg - 1x heaped tsp cocoa powder - 1x tsp baking powder - 100ml almond milk Topping: - 100g fat free greek yoghurt - 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder METHOD: - Preheat your oven to 180C. - Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. - Grab a non stick skillet and spray with frylight then pour in your chocolate protein mixture. - Place into the oven for 10-12 minutes, remove and allow to cool for 15 minutes. - In a bowl, combine your yoghurt and protein powder, spread this over the top of your cake then serve and enjoy!!
