My son has a pancreatic rest adjacent to the pylorus. He has had abdominal pain since infancy. Food seems to trigger symptoms, I have been told two conflicting opinions on its presentation. One specialist saying it isn’t worth further investigation and another saying with son’s history it needs surgical removal. Could any advise of a specialist or any information to help us better understand.

dr. yo me hice una endoscopia y me dijeron que encontraron un orificio de un centímetro, probablemente pancreas ectopico, pero en lo que veo en Internet o videos lo mio no se ve como pancreas ectopico. quisiera preguntarle si puedo enviarle la foto de mi endoscopia y decirme si parece un pancreas ectopico o no? ya que estoy muy confundida y por ende muy preocupada 🙏🏻
