Some good advice on linked video but I've been an EA for 10 years and never seen buyers love for the house used against them. I've seen it used to credit the offer. tell them, it could work for buyer!

This is fair point. But also not how all estate agents work, yes the seller is the client but makes no difference to them if they have more or less. They just get paid when it sells!
