Ryan Roberts :
It does not use the starter to start the engine. It stops the engine at tdc and sprays gas in the cylinder then ignites the plug to start

Amen! Hate it on mine. I’ve trained myself that every time I get in the car I shut it off, now it’s as normal as putting on my seatbelt

they don't use the starter motor to restart the engine, it's a starter generator like on a golf cart

My wife’s Toyota Prius doesn’t have the option to keep the engine running. I hate it every damn time the engine shuts down.

COMMON (BIG) MISTAKE!… I see so many students have amazing study sessions but fail to prioritize their rests afterwards. Let me explain why this is likely hindering your progress. 🤓 Neuroplasticity / learning is a 2️⃣ step process that involves both deep focus AND deep relaxation. When you are focused on a task, a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine is generated. One of its (many) functions is to mark the activated areas of the brain as POTENTIALLY rewiring later. However, the actual rewiring of those neurons happens in states of deep relaxation which is typically the night after you learn new material. ✅ In other words, if you study hard you can release a lot of those neurotransmitters, but what good is it if you are not optimizing the second half of the process? Prioritize both parts for better learning. 😊
