I take a small piece of cardboard and smooth the glue as I go to prevent lumps. ^_^

i always prefer to glue each half of the face down, and ladder stitch down the middle. so much less stressful😭

I’d say cutting the fur is actually because one wrong move and you can’t sew that part probably anymore

I'm at this stage in my first head, currently taking a break bc i burnt myself really bad on the hot glue gun😭 I have 4 days till the con and i work every day, so I'm cramming this suit head.

With my first I did zig zags with the hot glue gun and “pet” the fur while the glue is still hot like you said but I didn’t know it was an actual like good thing that I did tho haha
