Migas is with corn tortillas not flour but great job! Migas are a mainstay for me and sometimes I add cheese! And I’ll make frijoles with them too! 🥰

I can't wait to try midas! One note- it's not safe to store eggshells back in the container. It could cause bacterial contamination of the remaining eggs
