good rule of thumb is look at the sugar content lactose is a sugar so less sugar means less lactose

So far all I can eat is Cabot cheese and goat cheese. Everything else has given me issues. Especially cheddar and parm, because people think it’s ok, and don’t tell me it’s in recipe, then I find late

Tillamook medium Cheddar has been a life saver for me after 15 years without! Green Valley makes an actual lactose free cheddar but it is hard to find
