I’m a MH nursing student and I was saying hearing the children crying in the ER broke my heart, the paeds nursing student replied “no I love a screaming child, it means they’re breathing” 😅😅

I’ve personally never said this but I honestly don’t think they are trying to imply that you don’t have a big heart, they might be saying that they couldn’t bc they would be too emotional but 🤷🏽♀️
