A multitasking product, I even used it on my eyelids! ✅/ ❌ the dispenser also doubles as an applicator but I however, dislike the feeling that it is nothygienic in the long run. ✨RATING: 5/5 I have always loved CT’s beaut light wands and this is my third shade to date.
