Go straight to the emergency room and have that child checked for concussion and broken nose. The Emergency room staff (child life, nurse, and doctor) will call CPS ( child protective services)

I’d instinctively have held the baby up, as a parent you know the one armed grab you do to keep them from falling, we’ve all done it, she could’ve held the baby up and used her legs to slow herself down.
