I learnt to say “it’s my way or the highway” if my classroom management would slip! You’re not there to be their friend, you’re there to teach them the skills they need to be good people.

Fix Plan 2 Student Loans :
Identified a lot with these as a Yr2 ECT but coming out of that phase now. I leave at 5pm and I didn't do any work over Christmas!

As an ECT1 I feel all these things massively 🥰 Although, I'm lucky to have a really supportive team who are helping me understand I don't need to be and I'm not expected to be all of these things🫶🏻
