girl I also had a ganglion cyst! undiagnosed for years, but once I self-diagnosed it, within 6-month I had surgery to remove it and I honestly recommend it! changed my life!!

Omg girl I feel you with the ganglion. I had one on the back of my wrist, had surgery to get it removed and now have permanent nerve damage 🙃🙃 all I can suggest is pain killer gel, ice and physio ♥️
