there was a leak under my house that was left for over 2 years. my house is subsiding and the concrete under my kitchen absorbed all the water. pushed up all my floor tiles. water damaged everything.

This only works if it’s a genuine issue. We had a mould problem last year. And when inspection came they found out it was to do with a walkway above my room.. we got £800 compensation 😋
