Babies build “sleep pressure” and so if they sleep for 10 min and wake up it releases some pressure & they won’t be tired enough to go back to sleep 🥲🫶🏽

My pediatrician said doesn’t matter if it’s a 15 nap or a 2 hour nap, it still “resets” them, probably why he can’t fall back to sleep!
