My husband is a wedding dj and most venues do close early but some will allow you to start wedding earlier so you can party longer but not later.

We found our venue through Wedgewood Weddings and they allow you to pay extra to extend by an hour🤩 we were able to get ours to go until 12am🤍

Just find a venue that has an indoor space. South Coast Winery as an option but you can do everything else outside.

I would definitely look into Ranchos (if you’re okay with that vibe) some depending on the owners will let you party until the early morning
