Blue Dawn is sometimes used as a clarifying shampoo. It needs to be followed with a really good conditioner.

I actually used Walmart brand dish soap that was supposed to be like Dawn but Walmart version. and actually I wasn't disappointed. I think it worked

My daughter has seborrheic dermatitis. After trying different prescriptions that did not help dawn did the trick to help remove tons of buildup.

yes you should wash with dawn dish soap. it strips all the products out of your hair. condition very heavy afterwards

I’m 66 yrs old and have been using dish soap since childhood. Use it first as a degreaser and rinse completely out. Then, shampoo, rinse, conditioner, rinse.
