34 weeks 🤰vs 3 weeks Postpartum 🩵 Both of these seasons have their challenges, but I must say, having my little miracle here cancels out any of the challenges that come with caring for a newborn 🥹 He just makes everything in life so much better & I feel like the luckiest girl in the world that he's chosen me to be his mama! I have only just begun some light movement when it comes to my 'post partum training' under the guidance of my coach. To be honest trying to fit in a workout schedule right now would be completely unrealistic due to my lack of sleep & Rivah needing my 24/7 attention. I'm breastfeeding so my nutrition is filled with good wholesome foods & I graze throughout the day making sure I'm consuming enough calories to provide bubba with all he needs. (FYI I do not count calories, never have never will) My goals physically at the moment are to just slowly rebuild my core strength & to get outside in nature for walks as much as I can for my mental health. I'm not at all trying to

I'm not at all trying to "bounce back" to my pre baby body in a rush at all as that would do more harm then good, when the time is right I will get back to my training insane. But for now this season is all about nurturing our son, nurturing my mind & body to endure this lack of sleep along with fuelling myself with good nutrition and some sort of daily movement to release endorphins. Post partum depression is a real thing & so far I've combatted any low moments really well with just being kind to myself & surrounding myself with the support that every mama needs post partum.
