@coachgeorget: Following on from the video on the first pull, the second pull should be where you are trying to generate the most speed. You may have heard “speed through the middle” before. This is your time to shine. Make sure you don’t rush and miss any of the positions though as this can usually end up in a dodgy looking lift or a fail.
