@itsangusnguyen: Mochi Brownies! These are seriously so easy to make - just mix it all together and bake! I have a few friends who aren’t able to eat gluten, so I’ve always made rice flour based ingredients for them! Aside from this rich, chocolate brownie, my other favourite is Hawaiian Ono Butter Mochi (with coconut). Give rice flour a shot in your dessert recipes!! Dry Ingredients: 3/8 cups of melted salted butter 2 large eggs 1 ½ cups whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Wet Ingredients: 1 cup glutinous rice flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda Toppings: 2 chocolate bars chopped up 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional *Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour - the middle should be just slightly jiggly.
