I had a blighted ovum they removed surgically and I saw a small baby with legs and hands and head how can there be no baby when they removed a baby 💀😢

I was expecting my first baby next year but I did a scan at 6Weeks and the doctor told me that my embryo sac is empty and he said that I should go back for scan after two weeks .
