@enrightauto: Its amazing to me how many owners complain about not being able to find good help. Then try and pay then crap money, no benefits and consistently screw them on time. Then turn around and say they arent efficient. Now dont get me wrong. Are their techs that over sell themselves in interviews? Yes absolutely. Are their techs that complain they dont make enough but barely do enough to skate by. Yes absolutely. But we as owners have to take the first step imo. Techs are sick and tired of getting taken advantage of. They do better as a whole. Owners and techs!
