id argue that the woman should also be dialated, my first insertion was painless had local anasthetic and dialation. Zero pain.

I hate placing them for this reason. I work for a large organization and we do not offer any medical pain management. I do my best by working quickly, smoothly, and with a great deal of kindness.

I had a lidocaine in my cervix for a procedure. Worst pain ever. IUD insert w/o local is a million times less painful than the local injection.
