Happy Friday! Give this high-protein, low-calorie recipe a try. It will help you stay in a calorie deficit without having to eat plain food every day. SAVE THIS VIDEO 🔐 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 Ingredients: * 5 eggs * 5 fat free cheddar cheese singles * 1 lb ground turkey sausage (divided evenly in 5 meatballs) Batter * 1 cup dry old fashioned oats * 2 scoops 1stPhorm level1 vanilla protein powder * 2 tbsp all purpose flour * 2 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp cinnamon powder * Banana * 2 eggs * 1 cup almond milk Instructions: * In a blender add old fashioned oats, protein powder, all purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, banana, eggs, almond milk and blend for about 2 minutes until you reach a smooth batter consistency. * Bring a large skillet to low/medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter into an egg mold (not mandatory but it does help keep a uniform shape. * Cook for about 4 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes until fully cooked * Repeat this step until you have 10 pancake buns. Set aside * Let’s work on turkey patties now. Flatten out meatballs until they are about 5 inches in diameter (remember they will shrink while they cook) * Cook patties in a large skillet (i use the same one I make the pancake buns in) for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked through * For the eggs, spray a large skillet with avocado oil spray and crack eggs individually because we are going to make them over medium (if you dont like yolk, you can pierce the yolk with a fork before flipping * Cook eggs on medium heat for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. * We are ready for assembly! * To assemble: start with a pancake bun then layer sausage pattie, cheese single, egg and top it with another pancake bun. Enjoy! #macrofriendly #highprotein #mcgriddle #macrofriendlyrecipes #weightlossrecipes
