I’ve made this a few times and followed the recipe, but the only problem I have is I have to cook it longer because of the liquid doesn’t fully cover the pasta

I made this with smoked and andouille sausage. Ended up needing more chicken broth and used the slap ya mama cajun seasoning, Mexican blend and sharp cheddar. Was told it was spicy but wasn't for me!
