@alexkoekies: Ingredients for 6 fritters: ✨3 carrots ✨1/2 onion ✨60g flour (can be oat flour) ✨1 egg ✨20g grated cheese (emmental or parmigiano) ✨spices : Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika ✨sauce : 1/2 Greek yogurt, the juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp of olive oil and spices to taste Steps: 1. Grate the carrots and cut the onion thinly 2. Add them to a bowl with the flour, egg and spices, mix. 3. Add the cheese (I used grated emmental) 4. Form the fritters and in a heated pan with a tbsp spoon of olive oil, cook n a hot frying them for 4 min on each side. 5.
