The stroller. It's a flat surface, safe. No toys. And you can sway it and take it anywhere. My daughter is a Velcro baby and it's helped a ton

Knowing your baby is the biggest piece of advice, pick a swaddle that he will like, arms up or down, tight, not tight. Maybe no swaddle is for you.

My girl is almost a month and we unfortunately have to cosleep. But for naps, I was gifted a nursing pillow. She fits in it well and I sit it up against the couch. We have an open kitchen/living room.

At times when I couldn’t , I accepted that the dishes & laundry will wait. They are only little for so long❤️Trust that they WILL sleep independently

At the 4mo regression mine wanted to be put down. This is when they learn to self soothe. Try and find what works, paci, lovey, ocean sounds, ect

I had a contact napper. But he sleeps in our bed with us, so for naps I can just lay with him and once he falls asleep I can get up, maybe look into doing something similar if you don’t want cosleep

I got my daughter to do most of her naps in her crib. We stayed consistent and if she cried, we picked her up and put her back once asleep.

With my daughter I just started putting her down, at first she would only let me for 10/15 minutes. But now it’s a few hours. No cry it out at all.

I have almost a 10 month old and she still contact naps. I don’t mind now that her wake windows are longer. The beginning was very hard tho.

I've heard a lot of moms say that they do contact less when they're ready for it so it's diff for everyone.

i kinda had this problem! i feed my son to sleep so what i’ll do is lay down with him on the bed and feed him till he falls asleep and then roll away and he’s out for a few hours at least!

My son is almost 2 and still contact naps. My solution is laying in my bed with him and once he’s asleep I sneak away!
