I have this almost like acid in my brain , I’m thinking it’s linked to mcas for me like foods triggering it. I’ve had a brain mri and ct and nothing shows

I’ve experienced this twice. I work night shift. I’ve noticed that since then I trip on words. It’s very subtle. My doctor doesn’t seem too concerned. I hope it’s not like a mini stroke
