@elevatedmindscoaching: Interviews With New Met Police recruit officers! Last week, our fantastic young people completed cultural awareness training at Peckham Police station. We also had the opportunity to interview a couple of the Police officers to get their feedback from the session. We asked them two questions: How did you find the Police presentation? What was your favourite part of the Police presentation? Please watch to hear what they had to say! At the end of the session, we gave the new recruits a survey to fill out. They rated the quality of the session a 9.8/10; most found the session ‘very helpful’ in developing their confidence in communicating with children and young people and understanding their manners, actions and customs of children and young people. When surveyed about their favorite aspects of the session, respondents expressed appreciation for "gaining insights into diverse experiences," enjoying the "interactive discussion element," and finding value in the "conversations about resolving racism".
