add some sugar to the sugar and when that sugar is mixed well add some more sugar to taste the sprinkle on a little more sugar to bring out the sugar flavor, then garnish that with some sugar

Couple tips: room temp eggs and cream cheese to further avoid lumps. Cake pan doesn't need to sit in the water bath, just need water to keep moisture
